Online Customer Support Executive with French - Part-time

• Monday 8am - 11am and 4-7pm
• Tuesday 7-10pm
• Thursday 7-10pm
• Friday 8am - 11am
• Saturday 3 shifts start time 9/9.30am for 2 hours, a 2 hour afternoon shift and 7-10pm

An ecommerce business at the forefront of their sector, we are looking for a part-time temporary Online Customer Support Agent who is a native level English speaker with a degree in French. The successful candidate will receive training during induction, which will be held in their offices in Reading.  The duties will include:

• Supporting and maintaining the enquiry e-mail account 
• Answering e-mails with questions/queries from users
• Able to work on own initiative
• Good PC skills are essential
