We are looking for an Online Customer Support Executive to join an ecommerce business at the forefront of their sector in Reading. This role is offered on a part-time basis, 20 to 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9am - 1pm or Monday to Thursday - 9am - 3pm).
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
The duties will include:
- Supporting and maintaining the enquiry e-mail account
- Answering e-mails with questions/queries from users
- Able to work on own initiative
- Good PC skills are essential
