An ecommerce business at the forefront of their sector, we are looking for a part-time home based Online Customer Support Agent. The successful candidate will receive training during induction, which will be held in their offices in Reading. Then the role will be mainly home based - except for two hours a week, when you will have the opportunity to work from their office as part of their close knit team. The duties will include:
- Supporting and maintaining the enquiry e-mail account
- Answering e-mails with questions/queries from users
- Able to work on own initiative
- Good PC skills are essential
