- Part-time position 21 hours per week split across Monday - Friday (8am -11am) and Sunday (6 hours)
An ecommerce business at the forefront of their sector, we are looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Agent. The successful candidate will receive training during induction, which will be held in their offices in Reading. The duties will include:
- Supporting and maintaining the enquiry e-mail account
- Answering e-mails with questions/queries from users
- Able to work on own initiative
- Good PC skills are essential
