Our client, a software development firm is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager with fluent German language skills. This is an extremely varied role which requires the successful candidate to have a good level of experience in the following areas: - Accounts & Payroll; accounts payable and receivable, credit control, checking of employee expenses. - HR Administration; preparing contracts and induction kits, maintainance of employee records, monitoring attendance, recruitment etc. - Office administration; attending meetings & minute taking, overseeing travel arrangements. Facilities management; effective management of the office space, dealing with cleaners, suppliers, recycling etc. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of 10+ in a busy office environment. This is a busy and varied role for an individual with excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task. Very strong communication skills are imperative for this role. Due to the opening of the German office the successful candidate must have fluency in German to a native level together with fluent written and spoken English.
