Our client delivers, manages and deploys - support - hosting - and solution management for the full range of IT services. The company is new but valuable contracts have already been signed and others are pipelined to follow in the New Year. This is a brand new role and you will be tasked with setting up, implementing and managing all office systems and services to include:- Calendar management, HR systems management, invoicing, maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers, interlock with accountants, manage petty cash, track calls, oversea helpdesk support function, produce customer ready reporting on a monthly basis and service level adherence tracking. These are an outline of duties more detail will be provided on application but it is important to note that whilst this role is currently based in Windsor it will be relocating to Basingstoke March 2009.
