Office Manager – part-time, 3 days per week
Financial company based in Gerrards Cross is looking to hire an Office Manager on part-time basis (3 days per week). You will be responsible for managing and running the whole office area and supporting the Managing Director and the Director of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting to the Managing Director and the Director of the company in confidential correspondence and finance and as a Secretary
- Responsible for Credit Control
- Producing invoices and collecting the payments
- Dealing with HMRC payments (monthly and annually)
- Managing monthly reconciliation and Petty cash
- Setting up direct debits
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Renewing Trade publications and ordering of reference books
- Managing the compliance correspondence
- Organising Seminar
- Managing the Franking machine – refilling postage meter and ordering consumables
- Organising Carlton Club/Wentworth Club business contact functions
- Covering front office reception
- Managing daily mail
- Creating rota for Post run
- Franking post at night - on a rota basis
- Responsible for insurance renewals
- General office management: organising cleaning, maintenance, refurbishment, repairs etc.
- Ordering and posting Christmas Cards
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager
- Strong administrative skills
- Advanced in using computer and Microsoft Office package
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
