Our client is dedicated to the development and operation of international online publications, industry events and market intelligence and organises an average of six international events annually, including two annual conferences, and has a worldwide reputation within its industry for high quality events and speakers. Our client is currently seeking an Office Manager/HR Assistant to ensure the smooth running of their Windsor office. Office management duties will include the following areas of responsibility:  Dealing with daily post and invoices and the supplies inventory  Office cleaning, IT, Telecoms, repairs and maintenance and decoration  Health & Safety compliance and office access and security The role will also involve supporting the HR Manager, with duties including:  Managing the staff holiday calendar  Assisting with annual appraisal management  Employee contracts  UK Recruitment  Ensuring procedures are followed correctly You will have extensive administration experience and will be very motivated and organised, with the ability to establish and run effective processes. You would ideally have a background in Office Management and HR Administration. As this position is in a small office environment, the ability to get on with others and be a team player, be a self-starter and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision is very important. Essential skills for the role include strong written and spoken communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines even under pressure.
