Due to internal promotion our client, based in central Windsor are seeking an Office Manager on a temp to perm basis. The successful Office Manager will take responsibility for the day to day running of the office, duties will include but will not be limited to; meeting and greeting visitors at reception, organising meetings and appointments, taking minutes at team meetings and overseeing the induction of new staff. Additionally you will process invoices and timesheets to clients on a monthly basis, record office expenditure, manage budgets and other book keeping tasks as assigned by the Finance Director. The ideal candidate will possess a professional telephone manner, sound secretarial and book keeping skills. You will work well as part of a team and have sound IT skills.
