This is the opportunity to join a construction company that offer dedicated solutions for highway and security infrastructure from motorway builds to airports. This role is offered on an initial temporary basis, working 15 hours a week for 4 weeks, with the opportunity to then become a full time, permanent role whilst covering for the Office Managers holiday and beyond.
Your opportunities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting Directors with new bids/quotations
- Taking new enquiries and maintaining customer relations
- General office duties including, database entries, e-mail account management and invoices.
The office you will be working in is made up of a small team that provide support to the company directors. This role is ideally suited to someone who is comfortable using their own initiative and who is confident taking charge of and managing their own workload.
Prior experience within a similar administrative role is highly desirable, with a good background of diary management and office support. You will have a good head for numbers, as well as a polite and personable telephone manner.
