Specifically this person will oversee all the administrative functions of their office and support the executive team with basic diary management, travel etc. Involvement in the administrative elements of recruitment will be an integral part of the role as will managing the administrative side of any HR functions. Organisation of events and coordination with the various business units alongside extensive reporting and people management means that this role requires a flexible and well-rounded individual. There is massive potential for this role to grow and develop and for the person to mould this role based on their own skills and strengths. The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities: -Demonstrated expertise (5years+) in administrative support within high intensity environments and/or to fast paced executives - Ideally from investment banking or venture capitalist firm although all sectors will be considered -Superior oral and written communication skills -Exceptional people skills -Powerful time management skills -Positive with drive and commitment and enthusiastic about working at the cutting edge of technology in an exciting and creative environment.
