My client a well established global business with household products name is recruiting for an Office Assistant to join a busy office based near Windsor on an initial 6 month contract. This role will focus on providing administration support to the office as well as being the first point of contact for enquires. Key responsibilities: - Checking and administering forms and orders - Maintaining promotional stock - Sending out samples to customers - Adhoc receptionist duties - Monitoring stationery levels - Dealing with customer queries This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, articulate and intelligent individual. Furthermore, it is essential for the successful candidate to possess strong communication,interpersonal and IT skills. Based near Windsor, this role is commutable from locations such as Slough, Maidenhead, Ascot, Bracknell, Staines and Egham.
