Our client, an IT services company, is looking for an office assistant to join their team. This role would consist of managing office tasks, and maintaining the efficient running of the office. Some of the tasks involved in this role would be: - Dealing with incoming telephone inquiries. - Loading new proposals onto the CRM system and conducting credit searches. - Submitting proposals to underwriters, monitoring decisions and turnaround times. - Raising & checking lease documentation. - Scanning. - General administration and admin duties. The ideal candidate will have had some office/administration or similar experience. A candidate who is numerate, with good writing and communication skills would be very successful in this role.
