The Role (initial 6 month contract with permanent contract available upon successful completion) Our client is currently seeking an Office & Administration Manager to assist the Head of HR with the smooth running of their EMEA HQ. Duties will include the following areas of responsibility:  Dealing with daily post and invoices and the supplies inventory  Managing office suppliers; cleaning, IT, Telecoms, repairs and maintenance and decoration  Health & Safety compliance and office access and security  Managing and running the office reception desk  Diary management and travel arrangements for senior management team  General administrative support for sales team  Working in close conjuction with outsourced supplier of payroll and invoicing services You will have extensive administration experience and will be very motivated and organised, with the ability to establish and run effective processes. You would ideally have a background in office administration and senior management support (secretary / PA). As this position is in a small / medium sized office environment (circa 100 staff), the ability to get on with others and be a team player, be a self-starter and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision is very important. You will be a flexible character who is prepared to put in the work necessary to get a job done. Essential skills for the role include strong written and spoken communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines even under pressure.
