Office Administrator/ PA This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking business based in Staines Upon Thames. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with a starting salary of £9 - £10 per hour. The ideal candidate will be looking to kick start their career in a fresh environment where creativity and new ideas are welcomed. You will be a self-starter, with high attention to detail and you will be confident in making decisions and using your initiative. You will have strong organisational skills and be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as is a proficiency with a variety of computer packages, particularly MS Office products. You must be able to handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, diary management and organisation of travel and accommodation, management and maintenance of an efficient filing system, answering and diverting incoming telephone calls and organisation of team events. As well as this, you will provide clients with excellent customer service at all times and manage their requests and proposals. You will liaise closely with key office personnel and will attend key office meetings and conference calls as and when required.
