Our client, an IT networking provider is currently looking to recruit their first administrative support staff for their business (5 staff in the office). This is an on-going temporary role (with a possibilty of turning permanent) work around 10 hours per week. They are totally flexible as to the hours and days you could work. The standard duties for this role include: - Finance related admin tasks including; - Inputting invoices - raising sales invoices - liaising with suppliers and clients - administrating expenses - Organising office documentation and records - Arranging travel on a nationwide basis - Assisting with document production - Overall responsibility for the efficient running of the office This is an ideal role for someone with previous office based experience who is looking for a part time role to suit their personal circumstances.
