Our client, a field-marketing organisation, is looking for an Office Administrator for a 4-month contract. The successful candidate will be providing general office support to the whole team. This will involve answering calls, organising mail, and collating materials for distribution to sites. You will be expected to log data as it comes into the office and chase up with field managers to ensure data is received as required. There will be an element of HR to the role, as you will be reviewing applications, maintaining the recruitment databases and liaising with staff on sites. Candidates will need to have great computer skills and a willingness to lend a hand as required.
