This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join an award-winning manufacturing company, based in Harrow. This role is suitable for someone that has previous office administration experience and is looking to further develop their skills and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with logistics companies to ensure all orders are being processed in a timely manner
  • Oversee customer service requests promptly and resolve any queries that may arise
  • Manage general enquiries by phone or email
  • Support Sales & Operations departments with client quotations and requests
  • Assist with office management duties such as filling documents and updating database


  • Previous administrative experience preferably in the hospitality business
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills, with good database knowledge
  • Efficient and well organised individual with great attention to detail
  • Meticulous individual with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
