Our client, a top dynamic British based tech company is currently recruiting for a temp-to-perm office administrator based in Bracknell, Berkshire to join their highly motivated and driven team. The company is a IT software company who provide their own cloud based software platform to engage with customers. Working from their office in Bracknell, the position offers a temp-to-perm candidate to become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where by the more effort you put in, the more successful you will become.

The job opportunity requires the successful candidate to have efficient administration with responsibilities involved with answering incoming calls, sorting and delivering of post daily, making sure that all stationary is ordered and maintaining stock levels. It requires the candidate to have great organisational skills when dealing with sorting out filing and updating the HR files when personnel join or leave the company.

The right candidate must also feel comfortable manning the reception and hospitality when required and should to help and show initiative to the team of office administrators when requested. The successful candidate must be prompt and must be able to check the calendar at the end of each day and make sure the meetings list for the next calendar day is passed on to Security and Office Manager.

The general admin duties will includes general printing for the Marketing and Sales team, possibly minor job of replacing the print cartridges when necessary and the printer is filled with paper. The role will require the candidate to have sound knowledge in Microsoft office and vibrant communication skills. Training will be provided for the systems used in the office process. Ultimately the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to do all tasks and requirements if called upon.
