You will join a small bespoke team of consultants who are managing a group of private network provide which is working to provide specialist design, installation and commission of mobile telecoms infrastructure. Your main focus will be on providing general office support for document management, take care of phone calls for the office, prepare meeting rooms, support visitors, and maintain office stationery. You may also be asked to provide light accounting support – responsibilities such as providing invoices to accounts, cross-checking office spends, and reconciling petty cash. This role will need someone who is happy to be responsible for maintaining the office resources, building job packs, and providing customer support. This is a full role and you will need to be available M-F from 8am until 5pm, with the ability to offer an immediate start. Key responsibilities for this role will include • Document management and support • Assisting in projects and providing customer support as needed • All front of house and telephone answering responsibility • Light accounting (invoices, petty cash, etc.) • Stocking and maintaining all office resources (paper, ink, drinks, food, etc.) To be successful in your application to this role you must have previous experience of the telecoms industry and have demonstrated administrative experience. Because of the varying responsibilities in this role you must be prepared to take on a sundry of responsibilities and adapt quickly. This is a small team and as such you should be comfortable working in that type of environment, as well as being aware that small teams need a large amount of flexibility and proactivity to be successful.
