A growing and vibrant fleet management organisation are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to provide office based assistance and support for the Managing Director. This role will be in an office with just the MD, therefore you must be prepared to work effectively on your own as he is for only two days per week. This is a broad administration role covering the following aspects: • To liaise with customers and key accounts including taking orders, dealing and resolving any enquiries. • To provide administrative support to internal and external representatives. • Resolve any issues regarding to service provision. • Dealing with 24/7 call centre on a daily basis • General administration • Responding to customer needs professionally, efficiently and accurately Service accounts by chasing overdue monies via telephone and/or letter • Reconcile accounts • Place accounts on and off of hold as required • Pre-legal and legal work – dealing with bad debts (credit control) Based near Aldermaston (Berkshire), this role is only commutable by car due to the location of their office. They have recently bought a barn which is in the process of being converted so candidates must be prepared for an untidy working area for the first 3-4 months. Part-time applicants (school hours) will be positively received.
