Our client requires an Office Administrator starting in September for temporary assignment. The successful candidate will be carrying out a wide range of general administrative duties such as managing the mail, typing up documents and letters, answering calls and dealing with enquiries and preparing promotional materials for distribution. There will also be a significant amount of diary management and travel arrangements involved in this role, so experience of these would be extremely beneficial. Due to the nature of the business any additional European languages and experience in the educational field would be a bonus. This role is expected to last for 4 months, however may be extended.
