Our client, a leading technology firm based in Slough, is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temp to perm basis. This is a varied role where you will be responsible not only for the general administration duties such as dealing with mail, answering phones and taking messages but also providing a high level of support to the team when required. This will include aspects such as dealing with international travel arrangements such as flights and accommodation, facilities administration, liaisons with suppliers, producing expense reports and other general ad hoc duties. It is likely that the successful applicant will possess good numeric skills with excellent attention to detail, be flexible and enthusiastic, highly organised and work well under pressure in a team as well as on their own initiative. You will also acquire excellent communication and negotiation skills and a good understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications. Our client is easily commutable by car and train from locations such as Reading, Windsor, Maidenhead, West London, Staines, Egham, Ascot.
