Our client, a creative and dynamic company based in Reading are looking to recruit an Office Administrator with good previous experience in accounts and a background in administration within a manufacturing or construction company. For this role it is essential that you are conversant in the following MS Office Programmes: Excel, Word and Outlook. This position will have a large amount of responsibility on Excel with the maintenance of Excel based project referencing system as well as the Excel based KPI reporting system and the sales reports. You will be producing Project quotations, Project costings (gathering information from SAGE and other databases) alongside producing Project Risk and Method Statements. Data entry into SAGE of Supplier Invoices and basic file maintenance will also be required. Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who is easily adaptable, organised and efficient. A good knowledge of SAGE Line 50 would be advantageous, and the successful candidate must a high standard of literacy and numeracy. Familiarity of ISO standards would be preferred but not essential.
