The Opportunity Working closely with the Office Manager within a small team, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for the office. This role is suitable for somebody with small amount of previous admin experience and is looking for their next opportunity to gain further commercial experience. Key Responsibilities - Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls; liaising with customers, suppliers and other partners of the organisation - Team administration including travel arrangements and meeting organisation - Order processing and reporting - Data Entry (use of Excel) - Assisting with website management The Candidate With the ability to multi-task across different fields, you will possess a confident and detail orientated approach which ensures consistent performance on a daily basis. A consummate professional, you will be comfortable managing multiple administration and support tasks within a busy, fast-paced environment.
