The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen within a school office for a full time School Administrator. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the school's administrative systems * Establish procedures for data collection in order to prepare reports * Manage the pupil systems and establish record keeping systems * Provide cover if needed for the school reception * Oversee the ordering of all stationery and photocopier consumables * Be the main point of call for student first aid and co-ordinating the school’s first aid arrangements * Perform other ad-hoc duties when required Key Skills: * ICT literate and able to work on SIMS school administrative software * Excellent communication skills * Attention to detail with good accuracy The Candidate: The successful candidate must have a valid enhanced DBS Certificate and enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment. A minimum of two years reference checks will be undertaken on any candidates submitted through to our client for this position. The Client: Our client is a comparatively small Church of England secondary school (approximately 420 children), who operate as a family with family values.
