The Role: Working alongside the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for Telemarketing processes such as qualifying leads, prospecting accounts, gathering market research and dealing with client enquiries. Targeting the Northern EMEA territories (UK & Ireland, Scandinavian region) the responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: • Making outbound telephone calls to prospects and qualifying leads fully. • Setting appointments with key decision makers and identifying business opportunities. • Providing timely follow up and continued tracking of all identified opportunities. • Providing regular reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed. • Working closely with internal teams and account managers to develop & close sales opportunities. The Candidate: We are seeking applications from high calibre individuals with the following key attributes: • Driven and motivated with an ability to work in a high pressure and target driven environment. • Results and action orientated with the ability and desire to work towards revenue targets within a team environment. • Positive outlook with a clear focus on high quality and professional service. • Able to get on with others and be a team player. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships over the telephone • An ability to understand and relay complex technical IT concepts and ideas. • High level of comfort and determination when dealing with challenging situations, i.e. objection handling, overcoming gatekeepers etc. • Can demonstrate experience of working in an outbound call environment dealing with clients and end users in a professional manner with a high level of customer service. A fluent English language ability is essential, any knowledge of Scandinavian languages would be of great benefit. This role would suit someone looking to further develop a sales/marketing career within the IT world and is ideally suited to someone looking to receive recognition and compensation for performance and effort.
