The Role: Working on a variety of campaigns you will be responsible for Telesales and Telemarketing processes such as qualifying leads, prospecting accounts, gathering market research and dealing with client enquiries. These are all strictly B2B campaigns within the IT, Telco and High Tech sectors. The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: • Making outbound telephone calls to prospects and qualifying leads fully. • Setting appointments with key decision makers and identifying business opportunities. • Providing timely follow up and continued tracking of all identified opportunities. • Providing regular reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed. • Working closely with internal teams and account managers to develop & close sales opportunities.
