Our client, an established service provider is currently recruiting for a Multilingual Helpdesk Representative to join their international team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will speak English and Portuguese combined with one of the following languages: German, Russian, Spanish, French or Italian. As a Multilingual Helpdesk Operator your main responsibility will be to ensure quality resolution of all customer requests and issues following processes and working to SLA’s. The position will involve data entry, account tracking and client support. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be an organised individual. You will be PC literate and fully competent on Excel and Word. Previous telephone and customer service experience would be beneficial, however not essential. The office is commutable by both car and public transport from towns throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire (including Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Ascot, Camberley, Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Farnborough and Aldershot).
