Our client, an IT Software company based in the Cambridge area, regularly require temporary staff for their Multilingual Customer Service team to cover holiday and sickness absences. The roles are generally fairly basic customer support roles; including taking calls through from international customers and conducting initial liaison before consulting with a team member in order to get any issues resolved effectively. While experience requirements are very flexible and all applications are welcome, it would be beneficial to have worked in a customer service environment previously. The required candidate will have strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. A good knowledge of IT would also be ideal; however the language skills are the core priority. The following languages are required: - French - Spanish - Swedish - German - Greek - Russian - Dutch - Finnish - Italian For these cover roles, you must be immediately available and be flexible with short-notice bookings. A driving license and car would be ideal, but there is also a bus which runs to the office.
