Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to be based at their HQ offices. The main focus if this role will be offering administrative support assistance to the medical department. Duties will include but not be limited to: • Providing secretarial support to the Medical Department • Managing travel requirements for the Medical Department and also external vendors • Arranging external and internal meetings within the UK • Raise purchase orders and correlating corresponding invoices • Diary management as required The ideal candidate will be: • A qualified secretary • A flexible and reliable team player • Have outstanding administrative skills • Be a perfectionist who ensures the utmost accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Excellent communication skills are essential, together will a high level of IT literacy. You will be highly organised with the ability to perform well under pressure and work to strict deadlines. You will have demonstrable skills gained from experience within a similar role. Any experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be highly advantageous for this role.
