Our client, a market-leading company based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire are currently recruiting for a Media Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be required to sell immediate and long-term advertising campaigns to corporate clients in the UK. Your key responsibilities will be to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities and communicate these to the management team on a regular basis. You will also be required to identify and source new business leads, develop new relationships and set up key appointments through initial sales calls to proactively achieve new business targets. Delivering a product solution that meets an institutions objective and requirements will be key in order to achieve individual KPI’s sent by the line manager. The successful candidate will have proven sales experience in full-cycle telephone and face to face based sales from lead generation to deal closure. You will also have experience of working in a high frequency sales activity environment with a track record of exceeding goals. An excellent oral and written communication skill with the ability to write accurate proposals is imperative alongside strong business acumen, computer literacy and forward thinking. Based in Wallingford this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Goring and Pangbourne.
