The Opportunity As Marketing Programs Manager you will take ownership of the client relationship focusing on service and delivery of marketing programs. You will be joining a global marketing services business with a high profile client list. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain documentation, training and presentation materials Develop materials related to the communications strategy such as newsletters, program giveaways and communication reports Maintain e-mail distribution lists Schedule key meetings with stakeholder teams and steering group members Provide platform SME support and training to stakeholders Act as the Subject Matter Expert on assigned project/program Provide status of work in progress and/or issues to internal and external stakeholders Lead meetings with project management teams and provide communications and reports regarding execution plans and program expectations Provide strategic insight for projects/programs related to assigned respective business Candidate Profile You will have a marketing agency background within the technology sector and have strong client/project management experience. Marketing automation experience using Eloqua or Pardot as well as managing accounts and projects on an EMEA wide basis is highly advantageous. Strong communication and client relationship building skills are key as well as budget management and costing experience.
