Our client requires a Marketing Operations, Lead Management Specialist for maternity cover on a contract basis for 6 - 12 months. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of lead generation follow-up from Marketing Campaigns. Your duties will include but not be limited to: - Managing telemarketing agency activity - Keeping precise records of leads and opportunities from marketing campaigns. - Preparing data for marketing campaigns and liaise with sales account managers on target market and contact data. - Producing detailed reports and analysis of leads and opportunities to closed revenues campaign ROI analysis. The ideal candidate will posess a good understanding of the IT industry, have excellent communication skills coupled with strong analytical and numeracy skills. It is essential that you have a strong aptitude for CRM tools and database systems and an understanding of Telemarketing as a Lead Generation tool. Advanced Excel skills are required for this role. Graduates with Telesales experience within a Telemarketing agency or agency management experience are encouraged to apply.
