Our client, an IT solutions provider is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their Woking based team. This is a key hire for a growing company as this individual will help devise core marketing strategy for the business across all areas of the marketing mix. Whilst there is a small team to support the successful individual, you will need to be a hands-on Marketer who is able to run campaigns and deliver on the strategy that you are putting in place. With a proven track record in marketing management, you will ideally be able to demonstrate exposure to aiding the growth of a small-to-medium size business using limited marketing budgets. You will be required to demonstrate initiative and innovation to create new ideas for how the company is portrayed. This role needs someone with full knowledge of marketing mix including areas such as: - Marketing communications (including strong copywriting) - PR - Event planning / campaign management - Digital / online marketing (including social media) - Competitor analysis - Email Marketing With a strong career history and ideally marketing focused qualifications (Degree / Masters / CIM etc...) it is preferable that you possess technical skills including InDesign, HTML and Marketo. Ideally you will have come from an IT solutions provider and will understand SaaS models. Marketing management within verticals such construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate and utilities would also be highly advantageous.
