The Opportunity As the Part-time Marketing Executive you will dedicate 2 days per week to raising the profile and presence of my client. This opportunity will give you responsibility for the full marketing mix and working on current and future marketing projects to help raise the profile of the charity. Key Responsibilities: As Marketing Executive you will be raising the profile of the organisation by handling the core communication materials such as newsletters and information letters and writing their general copy and creating case studies. Alongside this you will be maintaining the website and liaising with the web company in order to ensure the content is informative, engaging and regularly updated. You will also be required to support senior members of staff who are currently working on developing a new web site. Social network presence is also key and so will need maintaining and increasing by the Marketing Executive. The brand of the organisation will also fall under your responsibility as you will need to ensure it is promoted correctly and consistently. Alongside the Marketing aspects to the role you will also need to oversee and maintain the database and contact management system. For this position you will be need to be able to stay overnight at partner venues as and when required when you support the Business Development Manager and Relationship manager at Alumni programmes. Candidate Profile The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has an established background in marketing and promotion. You will have first class organisational and communication skills and be a creative individual. Alongside the above criteria you must possess knowledge of Content Management Systems for updating websites and have a proven marketing ability to promote events. Multi tasking ability is key and experience and knowledge of monitoring budgets. Third sector marketing experience is an advantage.
