The opportunity Joining an integral division of this global superbrand, you will be responsible for managing marketing across the UK, with potential to work with the US brand. Working in a fast growing division, taking responsibility for budget management, report creation and logistics. You will be working on a contract basis (14months), and have the potential to develop into an expert on EMEA Sourcing and iProcurement. Key responsibilities • Maintaining and managing the EMEA Marketing Sourcing Process including: purchasing, supplier set-up, SIRAs • Marketing budget management including: invoicing, producing monthly budget reports, and purchase card expenses • Events and logistics management including: supplier liaisons, speaker events, warehouse management • Merchandising and subscriptions responsibilities • Identify the potential to streamline and improve procedures, while maintaining Visa guidelines Candidate profile A background of providing marketing support to a team, with an interest in the key financial capacities such as budgeting and purchase order. You will have strong organisational skills and experience in organising third party events. Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
