The Company This business helps its clients obtain insight about their customers through database and marketing analysis. Based on that insight, they design, implement and execute multichannel marketing programs on behalf of their clients using direct and digital communications. This is a global leader in direct marketing services and they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Marketing Campaign Support Coordinator (Programme Manager) to join their growing team. The role You'll be expected to support the Account Manager and Campaign Team Leader to form an effective leadership team to manager various ongoing campaigns for a retained client. This position will include significant client liaison; acting as a key team member giving access to campaign performance, change requests and financial requests/questions. You'll regularly attend client meetings and workshops to better understand the needs of the client you are supporting. You'll possess strong analytical skills (any exposure to Salesforce.com is of significant advantage) having to produce both client and operational reports on a daily basis. You'll strive for continuous team performance, assisting the other team managers in pushing the team forward. Ideally you will speak fluent English plus one of the additional languages: - French - Spanish - Dutch - German - Italian Experience of working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is essential and you'll need to demonstrate solid experience in marketing support to an IT driven organisation.
