Marketing Automation Specialist - Marketo Why do you want this role? - You want to be a part of a growth organisation - This is fast, paced, dynamic US business; their UK team size has grown from 20 staff to approximately 75 in the last 12 months - You want to be in a role where the team you'd be joining is at it fledgling stages - The technical marketing demand generation team is only just being founded in the UK office; anyone joining at this stage can really make their own mark within the team and this should lead to further opportunities for training and development in the future - You want to be a part of a company with high calibre individuals from within the IT industry - The UK team is made up of staff who've joined from global leading organisation so you'll be working around inspirational people who are striving to build an exceptional organisation in the IT industry - You want a role which isn't just covering the UK market - This position covers EMEA and LATAM so any exposure to additional language skills is definitely advantageous, although by no means essential for this role - You want a role which has a reasonable amount of autonomy - You'll definitely have the support of your direct manager (Marketing Ops) but all staff are given trust to manage their area of work and to generate results which will impact the wider business - You're currently out of work - This is an initial temporary role so ideally, you'll be in a flexible situation at present. This role is a full time position (37.5 hours) but there may be some slight flexibility for the right candidate. There is definitely long-term scope for this role to become a permanent contract - You love marketing demand generation - Our client is ideally looking for someone with exposure to Marketo (similar tools such as Eloqua or Silverpop are fine) and Salesforce (other similar CRM's are again viable). You'll have a passion for creating great local marketing content/collateral and will want to prove yourself in a passionate and fast-moving team. Based in Staines, this role is commutable by both car and public transport (10 minute walk from station). Ideally you will be educated to degree level or be of equivalent calibre, with excellent communication skills and strong general IT skills.
