My client is seeking a first class Marketing & Events Administrator / Secretary to support their busy Sales & Marketing team on a 12 month temporary contract. Duties will be wide and varied to include: * Organising and implementing events * Sourcing and booking venues * Arranging extensive European travel for the team * Complex team diary management * Co-ordination of events & marketing collateral * Producing marketing & events reports * Entering information on to marketing database * Acting as internal information hub and supporting sales & marketing colleagues with ad hoc tasks. The successful candidate will be a self starter and able to work with limited direction in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. For this role we are seeking a demonstrable level of experience within a pressurized environment. Experience of organising Events is absolutely essential for this role.
