Marketing Administrator – 6 months FTC

A Global Pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their Commercial (marketing) and Learning & Development (L & D) team. We are seeking a talented individual who is ready to hit the ground running on a 6-month contract and would thrive in joining these fast-paced departments. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating on-boarding plans according to company’s SOPs
  • Creating and processing purchase orders, invoices and requests for payments
  • Maintaining and managing the database and documentation
  • Working with the finance team and tracking budgets
  • Generating contracts for customers and suppliers and making sure there is a signed copy on file
  • Coordinating meetings and booking venues
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Diary management
  • Ordering stationery and office supply
  • General admin support 

Skills and knowledge:

  • Previous experience within administration
  • Computer skills (MS package, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise the work flow in the most efficient way
  • Strong communication skills
