Our client is looking for two part time Mail/ Reception Clerks. This role will be on a temp-perm basis and this will be an immediate start. The hours will be 7:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 19:00. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all mail is collected and sorted accurately Meeting/ greeting visitors Co-ordinate contractors who are onsite Create visitor ID passes Order stationery Set up meeting rooms when required To be suitable for this role you will have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, presentable, a team player and friendly.
