Our Windsor based client is seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join their existing and highly successful team focusing on lettings across the Royal Borough. This role will involve supporting the Lettings Team on a daily basis and coordinating lettings activity. Key Responsibilities include: - Typing details of properties for sales using audio typing - Standard letters for the letting department - Tenancy agreements for lettings - Reference checking - Maintaining website for lettings - Answering phone and taking messages/putting through to voicemail or help where able. - Meeting and greeting customers To be suitable for this position, you will have the following; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong IT skills - Previous administration experience This role will involve working 2-3 Saturdays per month. Our client is looking for someone who is friendly, organised, approachable, professional and a team player.
