A global leader in retail consumables is currently looking for a Lead Sales Forecasting Analyst to join their team in their UK Head Office in West London. This role can be worked fully remote on a long-term basis with only essential meetings needing to happen F2F once their office reopens.
Joining a brand-new team within their commercial function, you will be working with projected sales data from the regional sales functions across Europe and Asia to forecast hyper accurate sales projections on a 12-month rolling basis. This is a key lead sales forecasting role which has the core aim to help influence local sales functions and to improve buying decisions throughout Europe and Asia.
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical sales background in ideally a physical product-based company. The typical types of roles who will fit this position will be a Sales Analyst or Sales Operations professional. You will be a passionate and engaging individual who is motivated to work with sales data to improve long-term decision making.
Working in conjunction with the Sales teams, you will be evaluating local and regional sales forecasts for Europe and Asia. You will use gap analysis on a consistent basis and make recommendations for change (and then driving and influencing business change) within territories to Commercial Leaders.
