The Opportunity Managing inbound calls at a busy centre, this is initially a maternity cover with a view to permanency. You will be taking messages and handling customer calls ranging from inquiries through to grievances. With an impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be a very professional individual and be able to provide the top-of-the-line call handling to the customers on a contract to perm basis. The hours for this role are from 8pm until 2am, and looks to cover Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities • Call handling and monitoring • Data collection and recording • Customer Service and handling The Candidate Previous customer service experience, a good level of patience, and previous reception or administrative work would help you to excel in this role. Looking to work full time, you will be able to commit to your shift pattern on a permanent basis. Someone who is motivated by a fast-paced environment, you will be able to work on Bank Holidays (with extra holiday in lieu) and be interested in working extra shifts if available.
