Now in a strong position to establish themselves in both the UK and US, the right individual will ideally be a graduate who is highly enthusiastic and able to generate new business through both prior sales experience as well as knowledge and interest in digital marketing and SEO. They should be a strong communicator, confident and have proven experience as a sales professional. Key responsibilities will include: - Create new and convert existing leads into face-to-face meetings, proposals and sales - Consult with prospects to establish the best solutions for their specific needs, taking on full ownership of the proposal process plus the responsibility for closing the sale. - Build strong working relationships with internal teams, ensuring that their expertise are capitalised on for pitches and proposals - Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and updated about planned sales activity - Representation at events, exhibitions and seminars - Manage sales pipeline with responsibility for weekly and monthly reporting - Closely work with the UK Head of New Business Development and the International marketing teams to create strategic marketing initiatives. - Ensure new wins are transitioned effectively and seamlessly to the project management team Salary: - Competitive basic salary + high earning potential incl.
