The Opportunity: Our client has an opportunity for a professional administrative support person to provide a secretarial service to the Executive Directors and Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of the business. This is a busy fast paced full time role. Key Responsibilities: * To co-ordinate and arrange meetings including preparation of agenda and meeting documents. * Minute taking for internal and external meetings and ensuring signed copies are maintained in appropriate systems and follow up action takes place within agreed timescales. * Answering and directing external and internal calls. * Support Project Coordinator with daily tasks and organize travel * Dealing with incoming/outgoing post * Maintaining stationery and other Office Supplies * Maintain staff records and leave administration Key Skills: * Attention to detail and accuracy * Good IT and communication skills both written and verbal * Proven organization ability and skills Candidate: The successful candidate will have enthusiasm drive and focus to join a fast paced busy environment.
