The role involves general office administration such as preparing correspondence, scanning documents, purchasing of office supplies, meet and greet visitors, answering calls, filing and mail and courier collection/delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining the departments central filing and archiving, arranging travel and accommodation for the department staff and managing electronic diaries and meeting rooms.
