Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Board Director looking to take on a new challenge? Do you also have experience of managing a client portfolio with a one year - sixth month perspective? If so, our client, an award winning PR Consultancy based in London, is looking for an exceptional Junior Board Director to join their exceptionally talented and creative team. The successful candidate will possess a broad range of PR and communications skills, with the main focus of this position being to grow and retain profitable client accounts, whilst also playing a key role in management; acting as a cultural ambassador for the agency and supporting the wider teams. Key responsibilities and requirements will include but not be limited to: Participating in the joint management team - demonstrating new thinking and innovation, and supporting areas of responsibility Overseeing the team in their delivery of exceptional campaign results across media, digital and content Fostering media relationships at senior editorial level Motivating the team and openly praising individual and team achievements Possessing the ability to spot client problem points and discussing with clients the best solutions the agency can provide to eliminate these issues Demonstrating strong negotiation and presentation skills Consuming a broad range of print, broadcast and digital media on a daily basis; keeping up to date with new trends and showing an understanding of how the media landscape is change Clearly communicating and selling the agency digital offering to clients; maximising the use of digital platforms to produce captivating campaigns Understanding the importance of different forms of content across photos, films and infographics; fostering relationships with digital third parties where appropriate Supporting line managees; acting as a source of advice and inspiration to motivate them and present them with opportunities to develop The ideal candidate will have successful experience working across a range of campaigns; creating and negotiating budgets in line with client expectations and requirements, creating KPI’s for specific campaigns to ensure successful delivery, and actively leading and managing pitches.
