Our Dublin based client, a well established organisation within the telecoms and technical sector, is currently recruiting for an Italian speaker with one other European language (French, Spanish, Polish, Russian or German), as well as solid experience within the domains of customer support and sales admin/support. This is a very varied and challenging role, incorporating many aspects of administration, sales support, customer services and account management. The key responsibilities associated with this role include: Taking ownership of a number of channel partner account(s), overseeing order flow and shipping management and ensuring deadlines are met, handling and processing return material requests and credit notes and dealing with sales rebates, as price rebates. Furthermore, you will be exposed to matters relating to channel inventory awareness, complaints, will have to conduct sales reports and will be expected to provide product and price information to all Sales Managers. This position is suited to a proactive individual, who is looking for a role in which they can apply their reactive management skills. This is a client facing role and will require you to extensively liaise with clients over the telephone and f2f. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high level of quality customer service throughout the organisation, to both internal and external customers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has gained extensive experience within sales support, customer services and account management and is now looking to progress into a more client-facing role. In order to be considered for this role you will have to demonstrate a solid and suitable background, as well as out-standing time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, applicants will have to manifest the ability to work well at an individual level, as well as being efficient when working within a team setting. Due to the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the business, my client has expressed the necessity for potential applicants to be flexible and adaptable. Candiates will have to possess strong IT skills including previous working knowledge of either Oracle or SAP. Lotus Notes skills are beneficial, but not a prerequisite.
